What is the difference between Dalima rope and ultra-high molecular polyethylene?

Dalima PE single-strand wire uses single-strand ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmwpe) raw yarn, and the ultra-high molecular polyethylene rope is produced using new braid-free fusion technology. It has the advantages of smooth appearance of nylon single wire and strong pulling force of PE braided wire. , commonly known as the strong horse without braiding, also known as the strong horse with main thread.


Molecular weight polyethylene (uhmwpe) has the strongest tensile strength in the world, no other material can match it. It was successfully manufactured in the Netherlands and was registered as Dyneema: two were developed in the United States and named Spectra, and China was the third country to successfully develop it. It mainly includes PA nylon thread, PE single strand thread, PE Dalima braided thread, special process stretched and shaped PE diamond thread (4 braids), PE laser wire (8 braids), PE diamond wire (16 braids), and traction ropes. Dalima braided line: It is a fishing line woven from more than 4 strands of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmwpe) fiber. Common Dali horse braided yarns are 4 braids, 6 braids, 8 braids, and 16 braids. It has super high tensile strength (5 times that of nylon) and super wear resistance, but due to fiber weaving, it easily absorbs water, affecting its sensitivity and water cutting performance. With the development of the modern fishing line industry, fire wires (4 braided fusion wires), Dyneema diamond wires (4 braided stretch and elastic shaping), Dyneema laser wires (4 braids, stretched and elasticized), which are more sensitive, faster in cutting water, and do not absorb water, have been derived. 8 braids (with pull-back and elastic shaping), Dalima single-strand thread (single strands are not braided).
